For Sale: Look Keo Easy Pedals and Cleats - Brand New
  • goosegoose September 2008

For Sale: A set of Keo Look pedals and cleats.

They came with a new bike and the shop wouldn't just do the hassle free thing and swap them. I removed them as soon as I got in so they are in pristine condition!

Anyone interested? Would look to sell them for about £20.

    Hello chap.

I need a set of pedals for a road bike as it happens.

Can you post a picture of them please?

Do they accept SPD SL cleats?

    Cheers

Alright, apologies for taking so long to reply.

Does the picture not show up?

Hey Goose... How's ya..? I'm a virgin to the shoes, pedals and cleats combo... Looking at getting DHB M1's as they look like a entry level shoe... Will the cleats go with the shoes..? Any good for a beginner..? Questions... Questions...

  • rustyrusty October 2008

DHB M1 don't work with road cleats. DHB R1 do.

  • Smout October 2008

Damn copy and paste... The R1's are the fella's I was looking at... Cheers Rusty... Take it they will work then..?

  • rustyrusty October 2008

yep. It's the three bolt fixing you are looking for to work with road cleats. Usually road shoes also work with two bolt mtb cleats.

  • goosegoose October 2008

as Rusty has said the cleats will work with the shoes.

Apparently these pedals and cleats are very beginner friendly with the whole clipping in and out. Just googled it quickly!

To be honest i'm not too knowledgeable about bike stuff, if you have any other questions - i'm sure someone can help.

  • Smout October 2008

Sounds like a winner then Goose... £20 yeah..? How shall we exchange sir..?

  • goosegoose October 2008

aye £20 - i'm in town everyday at uni so can meet up with you to make the exchange! Otherwise I could post it to you which would cost a wee bit more for postage. I'm not too bothered either way.

  • Smout October 2008

Can meet you in town if you like... My work is near the Radisson Hotel and I get me lunch @ 1:30... Could meet you anywhere in the centre of town around that time... Those apples are any good to ya..?

  • goosegoose October 2008

Yea thats ok, how about meeting at the fireman outside the main entrance of central station at just after 1.30pm today (the 7th)? I'll check the forum at about 1 to see if you have replied otherwise we can meet on wednesday 1.30.

  • Smout October 2008

Hey Goose... Sorry man... Didn't get the chance to check before for work... Wednesday would be good at the fireman... In case I don't get away dead on 1:30, wanna make it 1:40..? I'll check again in a couple of hours for a reply... Laters...

  • goosegoose October 2008

No bother, I had checked and seen no reply so didn't go. I thought that might happen as it was about 2am when I posted the message.

I'm good for tomorrow, so will see you there at around 1:40.

  • Smout October 2008
