Johnny Crash:
That'd be nice......meanwhile:
There's a rumour going about that it wasn't a hart attack and was actually food poisoning. Apparently (or should that be allegedly) he had been chewing on 8 year old nuts.
I thought he was caught in the childrens ward having a stroke?
It's his girlfriend I feel sorry for......
First her parents lose her in Portugal and now this.
Aye, its also a bit of a coincidence that he went about the same time as Farrah Fawcett, 'cause she fiddled with Majors and he, well erm....

something just about to come on the ITV news about the fastest man on two wheels or something.
EDIT: it was about cavendish talking about going for the sprint stuff in the tour.

There are always pubs that can be persuaded to put it on.

He's already having a tantrum at 54 miles!
Looks quite good.
I've read accounts of this race before so it's good to see a documentary on it. Some people have to use neckbraces/supports to keep their heads up when cycling into headwinds for days on end!

I love itv4 around the time of the tour. Always a ton of cycling on it. Upgrading to HD was almost worth it to watch the tour on eurosport :D

curryers according to the guy on the show.
They've chosen electric bikes and called the Cannondale Capo (at 14kg) 'light' but discounted it as unsuitable for currying.

yeah, what do curryers know anyway. light and fast bikes are useless.
I wouldn't ride a bike less than 20kg if I was currying.
I am watching this. How about using sat nav while riding you bike being a great way to kill yourself on the london streets?
I'm watching it through my hands.
Johnny Crash:I'm watching it through my hands.
i think it makes currying sexy.
".....Sings Dylan" on 116 BBC Four now. Other versions of Bob's songs.

How did that go? A researcher posted on the Autocar/Autosport? forum asking for people to contribute stories about cyclists. Sounded like a complete set up for cyclists.
It was a sort of Public Service Announcement for dumbasses. They covered all the day to day danger, including vehicles turning left, doors opening etc. They went to Holland to show the cycle paths and recreated the common accidents with a stunt man. I had high hopes but he never went over 10mph.
They highlighted an experienced roadie guy who was killed by a truck pulling out into his path.
Neither vehicles nor cyclists came out as the villain. Just forgetting common senseappeard to be the culprit.
It was pretty lame but they did have a panel of folk discussing who might be to blame for each senario. Nothing new but good that it's being kept in the public eye.
