    Hi,
I was wondering if anybody had a Rear wheel they are willing to part with, with a deep profiled rim with a breaking surface and a flip-flop hub/free wheel hub.
    Surprise me with the colour!
    Willing to spend £50-70

    cheers

Hey. I'm looking too but if you can stretch to an extra tenner these are fine wheels...

I have a black, machine-walled rear wheel with a flip-flop hub. The fixed side is threaded but freewheel side is fine. Hardly used. Part with it for £40.

Very inteested NMK. How well does it spin? True? Free tomorrow (mostly) to view if you're about (town, ss or west end).

    Cheers.

It's almost new. I just threaded the the fixed side with a crap old lock ring and threaded it. Smooth and true. Free wheel side never had anything on it.

I live i Garnethill and will be in the house from 10-12.30

If Mcduck doesn't go for this, I shall happily take it off your hands. My stock Fuji track rear wheel is giving up the ghost after a winter of exposed bearings and salt. Just after something cheap to fill the role for the now.

Im assuming this was sold in the end? I didn't want to muscle in on the other two guys who eyed it up first, what with me mainly just being a lurker in the background on this forum :)

Still going but just to reiterate, the fixed side of the hub threads have been stripped but the freewheel side has never been used. Runs true and smooth. No rim tape either.

Ah, righto, hadn't realised, but cheers for pointing it out. Not too keen on running a suicide hub. Just a cheap fixed rear. Student loan is stretched. Sorry for the time wasting :)

I have a rear wheel from a langster, fixed and freewheel side perfect, Black, breaking surface. Needs cones tightened, and a weee true. but ok none the less.

Much? A pal is keen to ditch a far from light-weight cassette see.
