Well it wasn't ongumtree/ebay but today I found a gazelle with campag record hubs, campag brakes and campag shifters and a brooks in a dump...

The frame is really nice but it seems to have been painted over with shitty brush on paint at some point (including over a all chrome fork, wtf?) Hubs are smooth as silk. Groupset a mix of campag (shifters mounted back to front), shimano 105 and Suntour.

Oh, and what dump and how did you rescue it?

Blochairn, someone had put it to the side and it was gathering dust, just asked if I could have it - only noticed the saddle was a brooks then once I got it home started looking at the other bits...

I'll take them to polo so you can have a look, the brakes ain't in the best condition but I think they are serviceable.

Getafix:If the brakes are a reasonable drop and non recessed id buy them off you for £1 more than him.
