i've not seen much video tilt shift stuff, plenty of stills work. It works really well...
For a video that's basically just gaps an wallrides, that's ^^^ amazing!
Oh man that last jump-wallride-carhorns is amazing.

awesome link carnageboy more more !
If you want to see a new sweet piece of film then check this out!
While I was in New York a few months ago I was staying with the founder of the Bicycle Film Festival. One of his friends had just finished the first cut on this. We hung out at his studio a couple of times watching the footage.
Anima D'Acciaio is part of the 2009 BFF I'm planning to go check it out at it's Milan screening at the end of September. I have been waiting ages for Dan to put up the preview on vimeo.
Also the rider in it is Wonka. You have prob heard me going on about how he is possibly the best freestyle fixed rider in the world.
Looks sweet, will make more of an effort to check out the BFF if it's coming to Glasgow again (assuming it's the same bike film festival that has come in the past!).
Well that's the thing. The BFF as I know it is the one that started in NY and goes to 27 countries. There is also a second BFF that started in Edinburgh and is a copy with the same name. The guy that started the BFF (the real one) was telling me that the Edinburgh one causes a lot of confusion for the film makers and some have sent submissions to the wrong festival. So at the moment the closest festival location is in London September 23-27.
wtf

U Lock to the head!
euan:wtf
Yeah, that's just wrong. There's no need to use a D lock in a fight like that.
The youtube comments go on about how the pedestrian struck first. But I think he is actually dodging the first d lock blow.
wtf? anyone who uses a d-lock like that should really be up for assault with a weapon. Thats no different than taking a baseball bat out your bag and using that.
I hope the police see it, and investigate it
Given I don't know what was said, or even what really happened, I'd probably reserve judgement...
miby the guy was trying to nick his bike
Nah it was an old guy and he wasn't trying to get the bike. Apparently he wasn't pleased the rider hit him when he was crossing the road.
Here is me riding through New York, heading down through Times Square etc. A mountain bike with suspension was the only available wheels, Good Times!
Sweet

There's another Cervelo Test Team video up here. It's part 1 of the Giro d'Italia. Episode seven for those of you who have missed out on the previous episodes until now. A great documentary series.

That would have been better if the bus had flattened his cocky ass.

American's drive very sedately. Stuff like that is easy to do. Here, with our junctions and drivers, you'd be a pancake if you boosted straight out into a junction.
Also, I think he'll be needing a new rear tyre. Anyone have any ideas what he was running?
except in nyc.. some of the drivers there are nuts!
