fuckin vimeo vids just dont play on my work PC.
not this vid is it -
No, it's a Macaframa one.
man i wish i could skid on smooth roads like that.
I really dont want to skid on glasgow roads as it would just rip my tyres to shreds. American roads are so soft and smooth, while the harsh winter resistant roads of Glasgow can really fuck your rubber
Dont i know it, i went through 4 tires the first 4 months of this year, then i found the solution, in the form of Soma Everwear tires... Buy Buy Buy!
no its not that one CA, Massan is riding with Mackaframa now apparently, same old crap tho, just him going down a hill realy fast, doing a few skids. only difference is its realy well filmed

brakes?
i use a front brake instead of skidding. Reckon if i built a beater with some riser bars and a more upright position i'd just skid more.

Yeah, my usual position is a bit too low for skidding. Coming up for a skid is quite an effort so the brake is my usual choice.

thats exactly it.. i've come up from the drops to a skid a few times and absolutely hammered by balls off the stem!
nope, no brakes, hence the tire wear, i just enjoy hammering myself and my bike.
This was on someone on here's Facebook. It's scary and clever.

That's amazing!
i cannot wait to get home for some sound, this looks amazing.
absolutely hammered by balls off the stem!
man your funny!
twasnt funny when your trying to skid stop, while trying not to cripple over from ball pain!
I love that roadies are thinking that vid is taking the piss outta hipsters only.
Smout:http://vimeo.com/1974137
man, that is possibly one of the coolest things I have ever seen. I wonder if that is the story behind the cover design
euan:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vn29DvMITu4
I was about to post this, it's so great. Haha.
Te he he, imagine whats going to happen when we get our hands on a velodrome!

haha, i could not sleep for a few hours last night, got a bit of a mad temperature at the moment, was reading bike snob and his referances to double cherry pickers and his disregard for fixed freestyle tricks. man that other video of those fixed tricks was dull as fuck.

Didn't even realise it was on bike snob.

If they were wearing matching leotards then we'd be talking...
some actually decent fixed tricks. think he is a trials rider so is pretty handy on a bike. this is him after a few weeks fixed.

tricks are shite tho. the mae shi are a good live band, seen them at stag and dagger a few months ago.
just different, trying to do stuff that's not just translating bmx tricks that's what's really shit I think. But yeah it's hardly an obscene display of skill just folk fannying about.
Ha. That is immense.
no brakes http://vimeo.com/2924815
god alot of that looked realy painful
Me testing out 5d mkII video at the Tour De France

Amazing! I was using my Canon 24mm L 1.4 Prime for the whole trip to Paris. I really like just the wide angle for walking around and architecture stuff. I have got rid of all my zoom lenses.
